We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the mountain resort. The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and ski hire right next to the chairlift. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of skiing. The panoramic setting of the restaurant made our dining experience even more enjoyable, with delicious breakfast and dinner options. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing great service throughout our stay. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable mountain getaway.

The staff at this mountain resort are absolutely amazing, they are incredibly friendly, charming and always willing to go above and beyond to help. The food here is seriously impressive, especially the dinners which are held in a beautifully lit restaurant that could easily compete with top class establishments. The location is also pretty good, just a short 5-7 minute walk to the slopes where you can store your skis and boots. The views from the rooms are stunning, and everything is kept immaculately clean. But the real highlight of this hotel is the exceptional service and staff, I've traveled to over 50 countries and have never had such an incredible experience in terms of service. I can't recommend this place enough!

Located conveniently near the skiing slopes, this hotel provides great access on the mountains. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and good service. The breakfast is inclusive and yummy, with an option to buy additional items off the menu. the staff is friendly and speaks good English.

The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any queries. the location of the hotel was in close proximity to the ski slopes and provided a convenient base for exploring the area.
Our room lacked warmth and character, making it feel more like a budget room than a cozy retreat. the noise levels from outside the room were high, with doors slamming and noisy children running about in the corridors.
